Gavin Semrow is the owner of the waterproofing company we hired to do the actual remediation. He is completely knowledgeable about the entire remediation process. After talking to many stucco contractors, I was totally impressed with his thorough understanding of the entire water intrusion problem, including among many things, appropriate drainage planes and sealing the mitre joints of all the windows. His stucco contractors were neat, polite and did an awesome job. Their attention to detail and responsive attitudes made a horrible process much more bearable.

With a referral from my General Contractor and the personal site visitation of your Gavin Semrow, I awarded the work of the stucco repair of two chimneys at my home in the fall of 2006.
Approximately 16 months after the completion and final billing, I noticed a section of the replacement work may have had a flaw in the appearance of the recreation room chimney.
I phoned the company and asked that they inspect the site to appraise the situation. They immediately responded and within days the rework was completed without hesitation and a charge.
All their work was performed effectively with friendly and cooperative workmen while carefully protecting the adjacent areas of work.
I highly recommend Ai Restoration for work in their field.
