Clear Sealing
Demo begins with a piece of ordinary hard coat stucco.

Apply Sealer
Half of the sample is treated with our clear sealer, while the other side goes untouched.

Sealer Drying
After about 15 minutes, the sealer is almost completely dry. The clear sealer is undistinguishable.

Make It Rain
The sealed stucco completely repels water, while the untreated stucco soaks it in like a sponge.

Repels Water
Sealed to the left, Unsealed to the right.

Sealed Ontop
The untreated stucco in the bottom of the picture is completely satured, while the sealed stucco ontop remains dry.

Look at the water bead off.

Never Darkens
As you may have noticed, stucco darkens when it gets wet. A sealed stucco home will remain dry and not darken when it rains.
