- Shutters and downspouts are removed
- All stucco is steam cleaned, stains neutralized, and mold killed
- House is staged with aluminum pump poles, ladders, and a 60 foot articulating boom lift (turf approved)
- Everything that is not stucco is carefully masked off with plastic film
- Driveways, walkways, patios, pavers, etc are covered with tarps
- Shrubs, plants, and other vegetation are covered with special mesh tarps to allow them to breathe
- The elastomeric coating is then applied with a hydraulic airless sprayer, usually in two coats
- The site is cleaned, tape removed, shutters and downspouts put back up.
